Cory Fehr, PMP
Chairman of the Board / President and CEO

Cory is the inventor of the Integrity Tool technology and has worked in Calgary’s oil and gas industry since the late 90’s, starting with building core boxes and slabbing samples for Dean Starks analysis.

Hermann Kramer
Board of Directors/Secretary

Hermann Kramer is an Electrical Engineer by trade and has been serving North American and Asian geophysics markets as the President and CEO of Roke Technologies since 2009. Prior to joining Roke, Hermann founded and was the President of Hotwell Canada.

Alain Audet
Board of Directors

Alain joined Dome Petroleum as a production and expense accountant in 1985. Following the Amoco transaction, Alain was part of the team responsible for the largest SAP implementation of that time. He has since worked with Syncrude and Bertram Drilling, and is currently focused on private equity raises with Duffin Phelps.

Wendall Siemens
Board of Directors / Electrical Engineer Manager

Wendall has over 20 years experience designing electronics for downhole tools. He has also held senior leadership positions at several start-ups.

SME - Subject Matter Expert

Wes has over 30 years of multidisciplinary (including electronics and mechanical) international experience in the drilling industry. He has worked both in the field and product development R&D.

Wendall has over 20 years experience designing electronics for downhole tools. He has also held senior leadership positions at several start-ups.

Steven Trembath, P.Eng
Mechanical Engineer

Steven is a Mechanical Design Engineer with many years of experience designing complex products that incorporate both mechanical and electrical components.

Max Teitel
Mechanical Engineering Manager

Max is a mechanical engineer with more than twelve years of experience in R&D and multidisciplinary projects in military-spec systems. Recognized for problem-solving and time-management abilities; adept at identifying the root cause of issues and implementing creative, targeted solutions. Proven record of achievement in a large number of projects conducted to mechanical design, manufacturing, testing, system engineering with a full life cycle approach.

Ed Hildebrandt
Electronics Designer

Ed has a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology and has over 30 years of experience in electronics design, test and development.

Oleg D. Tsvik, P.Eng, CFPE
Chief Mechanical Engineer

Oleg is an experienced mechanical engineer and manager specializing in mechanical engineering design, fluid power design, and project management. He excels in using advanced CAD tools, FEA, and CFD for optimization. Oleg is skilled in conceptual design, detail design, 3D modeling, drawing, and DFM/DFA methodologies for efficient production and assembly.

Douglas Bush, P.Eng
Senior Firmware Engineer

Doug is an Electrical Engineer who has been programming for as long as he can remember. He’s well known for creative problem solving, with industry leading results.
He has pioneered and patented a method for measuring H2S and developed the fastest wireline telemetry system as well as the world’s fastest mud pulse telemetry system.
His approach focuses on long term sustainability for his projects.

Kim Torres
Electrical Engineer

Kimberly graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering in 2020. She is a Junior Electrical Engineer working primarily in assembling and testing PCBs. On the side, she enjoys serving at her local church and barrel racing.

Neil Attwood, P.Eng.
Operations Manager

Neil has 32 years of operations and service and supply experience in the WCSB. He has worked with global service and supply and petroleum producer companies. He specialized in drilling, directional drilling, and pumping and stimulation services and executions. Neil holds Petroleum Engineering Degree and a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.

Xinpu Shen
Senior Geomechanics Engineer

Xinpu is the technical lead of the geomechanics group of the team. He is responsible for development of Insight Tool and interpretation of data obtained with Shearhead Tests.
He has the title of 2020 Simulia Champion and is currently member of SPE WITS Casing Deformation Group. He has been author/coauthor to 2 books published by Taylor & Frances Group in the UK. These 2 books present numerical solutions obtained with Abaqus toolkits for problems of Drilling and Reservoir Geomechanics, Casing Deformation, as well as Hydraulic Fracturing Optimization etc. He published 98 papers among which 35 can be downloaded from OnePetrol.com.

Rameses Rivera
Senior Hydraulics Technician

Ram has over 25 years experience in repair, testing, assembling, commissioning, and servicing of industrial and mobile hydraulic systems. He is a Certified Danfoss power solution technician and has worked in R&D development of experimental and manufacturing of hydraulic implements and machinery.

Brad Collas
Senior R&D Technologist

Brad has over two decades of experience supporting R&D in oilfield services and similar operations.

Rob Williams
Senior Electronics Technologist

Rob is an electrical engineer with 30 years of product research and development experience. He has received multiple patents and taken several products from concept to completion in his start-up focused career.

Alex Kholodnyi
Junior Mechanical Engineer

Alex graduated with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has experience in design and strength analysis of aircraft structures such as fuselage elements, helicopter blades in-ground, fatigue, and flight testing of structural elements

Bing Zhang
Software Developer

Bing graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering. As a junior firmware engineer on the team, she actively contributes to developing and optimizing embedded systems and software.
