Cory is the inventor of the Integrity Tool technology and has worked in Calgary’s oil and gas industry since the late 90’s, starting with building core boxes and slabbing samples for Dean Starks analysis.

Hermann Kramer
Board of Directors/Secretary

Hermann Kramer is an Electrical Engineer by trade and has been serving North American and Asian geophysics markets as the President and CEO of Roke Technologies since 2009. Prior to joining Roke, Hermann founded and was the President of Hotwell Canada.

Wendall Siemens
Board of Directors / Electrical Engineer Manager

Wendall has over 30 years experience designing electronics for downhole tools. He has also held senior leadership positions at several start-ups.

Wes has over 30 years of multidisciplinary (including electronics and mechanical) international experience in the drilling industry. He has worked both in the field and product development R&D.

Wendall has over 30 years experience designing electronics for downhole tools. He has also held senior leadership positions at several start-ups.

Ed Hildebrandt
Electronics Designer

Ed has a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology and has over 35 years of experience in electronics design, test and development.

Brad Collas
Senior R&D Technologist

Brad has over two decades of experience supporting R&D in oilfield services and similar operations.

Alex Kholodnyi
Junior Mechanical Engineer

Alex graduated with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has experience in design and strength analysis of aircraft structures such as fuselage elements, helicopter blades in-ground, fatigue, and flight testing of structural elements

Bing Zhang
Software Developer

Bing graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering. As a junior firmware engineer on the team, she actively contributes to developing and optimizing embedded systems and software.

Marisela Sanchez
Geomechanics Specialist

Dr. Marisela Sanchez, a geomechanics specialist with over 25 years of global experience. Recognized as an SPE Distinguished Lecturer and Member, she is active in both SPE and ARMA, contributing to industry events and committees.

Anna Iuferova
Geomechanics Specialist

Dr. Anna IUferova is a math and analytics expert with more than 10 years of intensive predrill, drilling, and development cycle geomechanics modelling experience. Her education and engineering experience have developed into her passion for solving drilling related and frac related geomechanics problems.

John Dahl
R & D Manager

John brings 40 years of oilfield operations and technology development for wireline and Logging While Drilling (LWD) measurement services. Background offers experience in wellsite execution, training, sales, commercial contracts, product development and region operations management.

Eamonn Waters
Operations Manager

Eamonn Waters has 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, working across field operations, well interventions, and frontline service delivery. He brings extensive hands‑on expertise in supporting complex wellsite programs and ensuring safe, efficient execution in demanding operational environments.

Thomas Mathew
Mechanical Engineer

Thomas is a Mechanical Engineer with 15 years experience in product development and life cycle management in Completion Tools and Technologies, and business development experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
